The success or failure of an organization depends on the effective combination and dovetailing of the 4 Ms i.e.,  money, material, machinery and man. Out of these Man (human) is the central resource as others are non- human resources and can do nothing of their own. Human Resources  Management is , thus, the most important task of the management. However, this is the most difficult task as well because no two persons are similar in capabilities, mental abilities, traditions, sentiments, feelings, thinking and behaviours ; they differ widely also as groups and are subject to many and varied

influence of family,religion, society etc. And above all,these are required to be done in such a manner that it helps in achieving; instead of disrupting the achievement of the organization goal. Keeping in mind the above necessity and challenges the HR policies of NSL have been designed. An attempt has been made to ensure that equity and justice are accorded to all the associates; that salaries and other benefits are adequate and fair; that every associate has scope for development to the limit of his capabilities; that fairness is guaranteed in maintaining discipline and these policies are followed without discrimination against any associate.

HR Head

Employees are an organisation's most important assets; this is why the Human Resource Department (HRD) is created. Its purpose is to manage, train and look after the associates of the business. Human resource management includes a variety of activities. There are many key factors for any large organisation to focus on such as understanding staffing needs, recruiting and training, and ensuring best performance from the available manpower. Dealing with performance issues and ensuring its personnel and management

practices confirm to various regulations. Organisational activities also include managing its approach to employee benefits and compensation, employee records and personnel policies.

HR Mission Statement

To find ways to help the associates to do what they love and love what they do. The mission statement of the HR department stays as a constant reminder for associates' wellbeing.

Architects of relationship

The active HR Department constantly endeavors to work for the welfare of the associates. The HR team consists of personnel who are tech-savvy and highly motivated.
