influence of family,religion, society etc. And above all,these are required to be done in such a manner that it helps in achieving; instead of disrupting the achievement of the organization goal. Keeping in mind the above necessity and challenges the HR policies of NSPL have been designed. An attempt has been made to ensure that equity and justice are accorded to all the associates; that salaries and other benefits are adequate and fair; that every associate has scope for development to the limit of his capabilities; that fairness is guaranteed in maintaining discipline and these policies are followed without discrimination against any associate.

ADVISORS / RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS (Post Code: NSL - 01)

Job profile: Candidates are invited for various regional offices and head office with 4-5 years of experience and having complete knowledge about the financial products. Relationship Managers ( Post Code: N-02)

The candidate is required to have excellent investment knowledge and exceptional interpersonal skills with minimum 2 years of experience. He/She should have relevant exposure in the financial market. Preference would be given to CA/CFA/MBA applicants who are customer focused, team-worker, a good learners, possessing situation handling skills and having the ability to face challenges.

Equity Research (Post Code: N-03)

The job would involve advising HNIs (High Net worth Investors) on their equity portfolio for long term investments as well as positional trading ideas in stocks for the short / medium term. An Applicant CA/MBA (Finance) with minimum 1 year exposure in the financial market, knowledge of fundamentals / technical / derivatives and relationship management & excellent communication skills.

PMS Marketing & Servicing (Post code- N-04)

The job requires fluency in talking and ability to explain prospective client about our financial products and services. Development of markets for the new products such as E-broking, PMS, IPO Distribution, Mutual Funds Distribution, Commodities, through branches & Franchisee network in the region. An ideal candidate should fulfill the following criterion

  • A MBA or PGDM (Marketing / Finance) or equivalent course with minimum 1 year experience., and excellent communication skills
  • Strong ethics and professional conduct.
  • Mutual Funds

Local candidates having wide contacts amongst high net worth investors and corporate will be preferred.

Mutual Funds (Post Code: N-05)

Applicants are required to have excellent investment knowledge and exceptional interpersonal skills with relevant exposure in the financial market. Preference would be given to those applicants who are customer focused, team-worker, and good learner. He / she should possess situation handling skills and have the ability to face challenges, with complete knowledge about the local market.

Commodities (Post code: N-06)

The job requires fluency in communication and ability to explain prospective client about our financial products and services. The candidate needs to have a strong hold of the local market to convinence the net worth investors. An ideal candidate should fulfill the following criterion

  • A MBA or PGDM (Marketing / Finance) or equivalent course with minimum 1 year experience., and excellent communication skills
  • Strong ethics and professional conduct.
  • Mutual Funds

Retail Marketing ( Post code: N-07)

Applicants should have minimum 1 year of experience in selling financial products with the right sales attitude, good communication skills, and pleasing personality.

Dealers/Operators (Post code: N-08)

Candidates having knowledge of computer operations with good typing speed may apply for the post of dealer/ operator. He/she should have clear understanding of the market. A through knowledge of technical and fundamental aspects of equity is essential. Experienced candidates shall be preferred.

System Administrator (Post Code: N-09)

Candidates should be proficient in Planning and Strategizing HW/SW and networking of the organization including VSAT, lease-line, etc. Candidates must be able to manage all IT Operations.

  • Experienced MCA/B.E./ B.SC-IT candidates shall be preferred.
  • Key responsibilities include areas like: Systems Analysis & Maintenance, Database Maintenance, Documentation, Testing & Training, Liasoning with Internal & External Customers.
