    • 2After the branch's approval for the same, your RM will be changed.
    • 3Customer Care will inform you on your registered email address.
    • 4You can visit www.narnolia.com, and sign in to the back office for details status regarding your request for your new RM.
  • What is the procedure to change my branch?
    • 1 You can send an email to us at care@narnolia.com from your registered email address mentioning your request for branch change.
    • 2 We will share the modification form with you on your request.
    • 3 Fill it up and send the physical copy to our office address which is mentioned below.
    • 4 We will send your request to the present branch for approval.
    • 5 After the branch's approval, our concerned team will change the branch for you as per your choice.
    • 6 We will inform you regarding the change in your registered email address.
    • 7 You can visit www.narnolia.com, and sign in to the back office for details status regarding your request for your new Branch.
