  • What are the methods through which I can transfer my funds to my account?
    • ECS
      • ECS ( Electronic Clearing Service): ECS is an electronic mode of funds transfer, used in case of transacting money from one bank account to another.
      • We are registered with HDFC bank for ECS transaction.
      • You can send money from your registered bank account to our below-mentioned account details:
    • NEFT
      • NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer): It is an Indian system of electronic transfer of money from one bank or bank branch to another.
      • The banks or their branches that support such transactions have to participate in the NEFT network.
      • We have NEFT facility with HDFC, AXIS, ICICI and SBI banks.
      • The amount of NEFT transaction must be less than Rs.2,00,000/-
      • If there is no RBI issue, the transaction will be done within 2- 3 hours.
      • The account details will be provided by us. You can call your respective RM, or on our Toll Free number or can chat with us via Whatsapp.
    • RTGS
      • RTGS ( Real Time Gross Settlement): It is an electronic form of funds transfer where the transmission takes place on a real-time basis.
      • Transfer of funds with RTGS is done for high-value transactions.
      • The minimum amount is Rs. 2,00,000/-
      • The beneficiary account receives the funds transferred, on a real-time basis.
      • We have RTGS facility with HDFC, AXIS, ICICI and SBI banks.
      • If there is no RBI issue the transaction will be done within an hour.
      • The account details will be provided by us. You can call your respective RM, or on our Toll Free number or can chat with us via Whatsapp.
    • IMPS
      • IMPS ( is an instant real-time inter-bank electronic funds transfer system in India.
      • IMPS offers an inter-bank electronic fund transfer service through mobile phones.
      • Unlike NEFT and RTGS, the service is available 24/7 throughout the year including bank holidays.
      • We have IMPS facility with HDFC, AXIS, ICICI and SBI banks.
      • The account details will be provided by us. You can call your respective RM, or on our Toll Free number or can chat with us via Whatsapp.
    • Cheques
      • Cheques: In any case, if the client is interested to send the money offline, he or she can do the transaction through cheque. It is a document that orders a bank to pay a specific amount of money from a person’s or a company’s account to the person or to the company, in whose name the cheque has been issued.
      • The cheque gets banked and fund clearing happens in 1 to 3 working days depending on Bank and Place of clearing
      • As soon as the funds get cleared, your trading limits will be updated.

  • How can I transfer money to my Narnolia account?
    • Pay in through Tejas: You can log in through our online trading platform and Tejas.
    • Offline Pay in the process:You can deposit the money via cheque through your concerned RM and branch.
  • When will the funds get credited to my account in case of online transfer?

    In 2 to 3 hours.

  • When will the funds get credited to my account in case of offline transfer?
    • Cheque deposited before 10 am: T+1 (working days).
    • Cheque deposited after 10 am: T+2 (working days).
    • Cheque deposited from the same bank: T+1 (working days).
    • Cheque deposited from the different bank: T+2 (working days).
  • What is the process to register a new bank account to my trading account?

    You have to send a request to customer care from your registered mail ID for modification form to add a new account--fill it up and submit the hard copy of the form with 1 cancel cheque of the bank account which u want to add.

  • Is it possible to attach more than one Bank to DP account?

    No, DP will have only one primary bank account registered with us.

  • What is the process if I want to send money through an unregistered bank account?

    First of all, you have to register the new bank account with us. Once done, it will take a maximum of 3 days to update the newly added account to our system. After that, you can send money from your new account.
