Vipin Aggarwal

Mr. Vipin Aggarwal is a highly accomplished alumnus of Columbia University, New York, and the Indian School of Business (ISB) with over 30 years of extensive experience in the areas of fund raising, capital markets, and strategic implementation. As an expert in fund management, commodities trading, real estate, and capital markets, he currently holds the position of Principal Partner at a prestigious private equity fund that focuses on industrial growth in India. Mr. Aggarwal also serves as Director in Merchant Banking Division at Narnolia Financial Services Limited.

In addition to his current role, Mr. Aggarwal is a board member of Zamil Solar, which is one of the largest industrial conglomerates in Saudi Arabia. He has played a pivotal role in establishing one of India's largest solar photovoltaic power plants in Gujarat. Furthermore, he is also a board member of SEMCO Ltd., a company that operates in the defense and railways sector. He is a passionate angel investor and has successfully seeded over twenty-five ventures. He has previously held the position of Executive Director at Omaxe Limited and served as a Board Member of the Delhi Stock Exchange.

Pankaj PassiAssociate Company Secretary, Bachelor of Commerce

Since beginning of his career, Mr. Passi has gathered experience in Capital Markets in various Merchant Banks like Corporate Capital Ventures, Real Growth, FastTrack Finsec, Sarthi & Fintellectual Corporate Advisors. Mr. Passi joined Narnolia as Executive Director in December 2022 and is heading the merchant banking division of company. His expertise lies Issue Management (IPO, FPO), Securities Law, Company Law, Valuations and various acts under SEBI & FEMA.

Angad SinghFellow Chartered Accountant, ISB Executive Alumni, IBBI Registered Valuer (Securities & Financial Assets), B.B.A

Mr. Singh started his career in Debt Capital Markets and then eventually moved to Merchant Banking. In his initial days with Almondz Group, he developed expertise in Debt Syndication, Valuations, Transaction Advisory & Corporate Finance. He has also served as CFO (India) for Granarolo, Italy and honed his skills on pathway to become strategic financial controller. He is currently working as Executive Director and Investment Banking & Strategy Consultant for Merchant Banking Division of Narnolia and advises clients on Corporate Financial Strategy. He is also Executive Alumni of Indian School of Business.

Prashant Pratap SinghAssociate Company Secretary, Bachelor of Commerce

Mr. Pratap is Executive Director with Merchant Banking Division of Narnolia. Over the years of developing experience in various laws, He manages Corporate Actions of listed clients i.e. Private Placement, Buyback, Rights Issue, Bonus Issue, Listing (IPO, FPO, Direct), ESOP, Revocation of Suspended Companies etc.
